UPI-Credit Card: RBI Governor has given great news to credit card users, UPI payment will also be done through credit card

Giving a big good news, RBI Governor has said that now credit card users will also be able to make payment through UPI like debit card. For information, let us tell you that this good news was given by the RBI Governor on the occasion of the announcement of monetary review policy. As we had also mentioned that the central bank on Wednesday announced to increase the repo rate by 50 basis points to 4.90.


As per the latest development given by RBI, you will now be able to link the credit card with UPI. Now if you want to make payment through UPI, then you can do it through savings account and current account as well as credit card. And as soon as possible this facility will also be started.

The RBI governor said that it will start with the RuPay credit card issued by the RBI-promoted National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and will be linked to UPI. After this facility of RBI, it will be easy for those people who, when needed, withdraw cash from credit card or transfer money from it to bank account. In both these situations, people have to pay additional fees and taxes, but this will not happen after UPI is linked.
